When designing these sliders, we kept three things in mind.

Specifications
8mm laser cut mild steel brackets with support gussets on each.
3mm wall 2” square and round tube
5 X 3mm wall 1 ¾” Laser cut notched round spacers joining the rails
Professionally Sand Blasted
Professionally Powder coated Black (other colours available, ring to enquire)
All Bolts (10mm), nuts, flat & spring washers supplied (Hi-tensile 8.8)

FITTING
EASY TO FIT!
The Sliders have been developed with the home handyman in mind.
They can be easily fitted at home with No specialized tools required!
BOLT UP DESIGN
All mounts on our sliders are bolt up. NO WELDING REQUIRED!
All 3 mounts on each side bolt through the standard holes in the chassis rails.
There are no chassis modifications required unlike other ‘weld on’ designs.
LOCATION ON VEHICLE
The base square tube runs directly under the factory body join. We have found that the square tube is much better at carrying the weight and does not bend/dent as easy as the round tube.
The outer pipe is 2" 3mm heavy wall pipe, with the end angle cut to blend in nicely with the original body flares.
We have kept them up high and in close so you don't get hung up on them when 4WDing. They do come out far enough to get a foot on so they can also be used quite effectively as a step.
THE FINISH
We discussed with a Reputable Powder Coater what would be best for this application and he recommended
Professionally Sand Blasted. This is the first step to ensure a clean base surface for coating and guarantees a solid quality finish
Powder coat is the strongest and most durable coloured coating for this kind of application.
Our Standard colour is Satin Black.
Other colours can be requested but will take longer and prices may vary.

You are more than welcome to come to our workshop and pick them up or just to have a look at them
We can get a freight quote for you anywhere in Australia if you need them shipped.
Each side weighs in at 20kgs+
A rough price is around $100 to NSW, usually slightly cheaper to VIC and slightly more to QLD, WA and NT. PLEASE CONTACT FIRST TO CONFIRM AN EXACT PRICE ON FREIGHT.
